Each individual may hold only one account on ru999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full, particularly where promotional funds have been received across multiple accounts.

4. Account Security & Password Responsibility

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the relevant transaction. All deposited funds must originate from legitimate, legal sources.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from within your ru999 account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability. Where the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, alternative methods may be offered at ru999's discretion.

Before processing any withdrawal, ru999 may require you to complete full identity verification, including submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. The processing timeframes for withdrawals are as follows, subject to verification completion:

• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: Typically within one to three business days;
• All methods: Subject to standard banking hours and any applicable delays from the receiving institution.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

11. Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your ru999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining main PKR wallet balance (subject to verification completion) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Intellectual Property
